Absolutely loving these workouts! Ruth you’re so honest and real about this crazy journey and it’s so appreciated! It’s hard to talk about stuff! And it’s hard to consistently be part of a fitness group (or anything these days!) so it’s been fantastic to be able to jump on Facebook in any spare moment and participate in what feels like a group workout, with a PT that knows and feels the pain too. I am a mum of a 2 year old and an 11 year old boy. I used to be a gym bunny - absolutely loved it, but since my little guy came along finding time to exercise, let alone get to the gym, has been really tough. Then I joined Ruth's Home Body Mum page and I love it! I can exercise in my own time at home, with or without my children and I just love that! Also I'm loving the variety of the workouts on the Home Body Mum page, and they are as challenging as you want to make them. I like to work hard and I am drenched in sweat by the end, Ruth allows for all levels of fitness and gives different options for all exercises to meet people where they are at! I love how I feel after - its the best mood booster. Thanks so much Ruth for the Home Body Mum page, this has allowed me to easily fit exercise back into my daily routines and I just feel so much better for it!

Never thought that 20 min could make such a difference but I already lost 2 kg, I feel stronger and happier by doing something for me again. Without Ruth I probably would still find reasons why I do not have time to train. She just eliminated all of them with her understanding of being a busy mum herself and a personal trainer. I cannot thank her enough!!! These workouts are made for mummies (or any woman really)

This has been just what I needed to get me moving. Not being a fan of gyms but lacking motivation at times to exercise myself, Ruth has provided short, challenging but fun workouts that can fit into mum life.
